There is a quote that says, “Don’t worry about finding your passion. Instead, start by acting on the small things that excite you each day. These are the threads that will connect you to your path, passion and purpose in life.” In a nut shell, that is how I have come to where I am today. I am incredibly passionate about food and health. As I started paying attention to, and emphasizing the small things that excited me each day and made me feel good, I started to see where my passion and purpose lay. I am currently studying the career of my dreams, to be a dietitian. This career encapsulates everything I love and wish to share with the world. My dream is to inspire men and women to lead not just a healthy life, but a life that is full of endless possibilities, one that is limitless in its potential and one where you are continually growing and increasing your capacity. This is all possible when your body is your first priority, it is the vessel through which we experience life.
I believe in listening to your body, not creating restrictions in order to look like somebody else, but to fully embrace your body and accept that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that it is in your hands to feed and move your body like it!
Please help me share my passion with South Africa by voting for me to be Women’s Health’s Next Fit Foodie and let me inspire people to eat delicious, healthy, nutrient-rich food as well as becoming the fittest, strongest version of themselves.
